TRUCK DRIVER & PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CAREERS

• Perform general labor to support operation requirements for remodeling company as needed.
• Maintain facilities. Complete ongoing periodic walkthroughs of the interior and exterior of office building to ensure it is up to standards in regards to cleanliness and efficiency; attend to various needs as identified
• Set up facilities for meetings, conferences, events, etc.
• Secure buildings when facilities are not in use. Organize items received from shipment.
• Job site – debris pick up and removal.
• Other tasks as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid MA driver’s license.
• Ability to pass medical exam for DOT.
