Our 10-Step Design/Build Process

Our ultimate goal is to exceed your expectations. That’s why we adhere to our rigid, two-phase, 10-step design/build process.
THE DESIGN PHASE (STEPS 1-5)
Step 1: Complimentary Consultation
Our project consultant meets with you to thoroughly evaluate your project. We want to completely understand your needs, wants, and vision.
Step 2: Preliminary Design
We measure, photograph, and document your home’s existing conditions, custom designing a solution specific to your needs.
Step 3: Intermediate Design
We review your budget and the scope of your project with you, then you’ll approve any preliminary designs.
Step 4: Final Design
Working with your project consultant and designer, we begin to finalize product selections, review final design plans, and present detailed preliminary project specifications.
Step 5: Construction Agreement
We prepare and finalize all paperwork detailing exactly what to expect as we move into the build phase.
THE BUILD PHASE (STEPS 6-10)
Step 6: Orientation Meeting
A production manager is assigned to your project. He will manage the day-to-day operations of your project, review your schedule, and address any concerns or special requests.
Step 7: Pre-Construction Meeting
Before we begin your project, a meeting is held to walk through procedures, production schedules, specifications, and construction plans. We address any questions or concerns you may have.
Step 8: Production
Our team members will ensure that your project runs smoothly, keeping the job site as clean and organized as possible.
Step 9: Completion
We conduct a final walk-through to ensure that every detail is complete and up to your standards.
Step 10: Warranty
Our team stands behind our work with a 5-year unconditional labor warranty and three annual inspections to guarantee quality.
